Omg they took our jobs... In today's technology centric world and current economic climate, we as millennials risk losing jobs to robots in the near future. Businesses will look to restructure with automation to cut costs and become more efficient.
"Virtually every industry in existence is likely to become less labour intensive in future years as new technology is assimilated into existing business models."
At this time we can't just rely on policymakers to save us, rather need to manoeuvre ourselves with strategies that help us thrive in future. So what can you do to be unique? Find what you are passionate about and focus on what you can create (create value for the world). Think big and challenge you mind on what you can do new to revolutionise your industry, then start taking action building a diverse skill set so you are never redundant.
Justine Musk explains this brilliantly in response to the question of Will I become a billionaire if I am determined to be one and put in the necessary work required. "Ask yourself what you have the potential to offer that is so unique and compelling and helpful that no computer could replace you, no one could outsource you, no one could steal your product and make it better and then club you into oblivion (not literally). Then develop that potential."

"I don't know what I want to do with my life" If you haven't found your things its ok, get out there an actively seek experience in things you are interested in to find it. Aim to be a producer, not only a consumer. Opportunity is everywhere, always be looking to learn new things and innovate your ideas.
At the end of the day take MASSIVE action, "Work like hell. I mean you just have to put in, you know, 80 hour, 80 hour to 100 hour weeks every week. If other people are putting in 40 hour work weeks, and you're putting in 100 hour work weeks, you will achieve in 4 months what it takes them a year to achieve."
You can take it as insight, or you can take it as Just BS.
