Welcome to the spotlight on the Secrets To Success. We are the leaders of the future. Are you a leader or are you a follower? 

 

In today's digitally connected world people consume personal opinions and are striving to fit in. No one knows what they like, until they see someone else like it... Yes its easy to be a follower, but nothing great came from living in the comfort zone. "As long as you are alive, you will either live to accomplish your own goals and dreams or be used as a resource to accomplish someone else's." Aim to be mentally strong and belong, let yourself be seen and known as you really are. 

 

Leadership is about standing up for what you believe in, making bold/right decisions and pushing the envelop regardless of opinions. Individuality is a beautiful thing, know what you want and don't settle for less. "You’re afraid to actually move forward and be the success that you could be, some people get to places where they get comfortable working for someone else and never figure out what it is they really want."

 

BOSS Leadership For Growth magazine recently asked current leading chief executives, billionaires and entrepreneurs what critical skills future leaders (of 2030... aka US!) will require to create value, have global perspective and make the world a better place: 

- agility

- people skills

- lack of ego
